1. No, it's not fancy, but for a very reasonable price (especially with AAA discount), you get a clean, quiet, comfortable, dog-friendly room.

2. So the cleaner decides to change the rate by charging me an extra day at the discount rate and says she will erase the other day at this point so this is what they do.

3. He did not know how to do this so he called the Cleaner in to help (how does this make sense?), the cleaner starts messing with my account and they cannot figure out how to address the discount.

4. I check my bank account today and they charged me two days (instead of the one day I stayed) but 'so kindly' charged me a discounted rate for my non existent day.
