1. The rooms are huge; the free breakfast is well-stocked (waffles, bagels, cereal, etc.); parking is free; the hotel offers free internet; and the decor is modern and inviting.

2. The included breakfast was great, the parking was free, the indoor pool was of a nice size and we (and my brother`s kids) were the only ones in there, and it is only a couple blocks from the university.
