3. After a long day on the road, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was - inviting lobby with complimentary bottled water and cookies and an upstairs room facing the river as I requested.

4. Walk out of the lobby to a beautiful walk by the river and through a park, shops and restaurants within a mile, the university very close, football stadium within walking distance, and of course, my son's apartment.
