3. When my friend called the front desk to let them know that the bed wasn't made; she was told that the reason was because, 'check-in time wasn't until 3pm' and since she had checked in at 2:30pm she would have to wait until cleaning services could 'get' to her room.

5. It is our 2nd visit within a year, Yes again, we are 100% satisfied with great customer service, cleanliness of the hotel/room, free hot breakfast and complementary shuttle service to Denver Convention Center.
