1. When I asked at the front deck about it, I was informed that yes, they knew that some of the rooms could not receive wireless, but that I was welcome to work in the lobby where the wireless worked great.

7. Customer service was good for the most part until around 8:00 pm at night when we were in the lobby waiting for the only shuttle we were actually able to utilize.
