And then there were the little things: no ironing board (but there was an iron), no coffee machine (but there was coffee packets, sugar, and creamer), no express check-out capability (what century are we in?), no view (just the brick wall of the building next door), and - no surprise here - very late housekeeping (after 3PM every day of my stay).
