1. The lobby is spacious with a big cozy fireplace and the front desk staff were very helpful and made sure to give us a 6th floor room.

2. At our last stay, the front desk staff was very helpful in getting us the room we wanted, which had huge windows and looked out onto 16th Street and the clock tower, which was all decked out for the holidays.
