1. Everything about this hotel is great except the shuttle service/valet.

2. We were there to see an NFL game but discovered how great the location is just two blocks away from 16th Ave and the free shuttle bus to use up and down this avenue for shopping, restauranting and to get very close to the Stadiums and the big REI store.

3. All taxi/shuttle drivers know where the hotel is so that was a huge plus as well.

9. Although this hotel does not offer a shuttle service, it was easy to walk to the 16th Street Mall and take the Free MallRide almost all the way to the Pepsi Center.

10. Only bad point - valet crew doesn't seem to care about the customers- were told to tell customers when shuttle arrived and they didn't bother and basically shrugged when I expressed my dismay at missing one for the trip to the airport.
