3. They did remove the parking charge when we pointed out what had happened, but only because we were able to tell them the name of the person who had agreed to give us free parking.

4. Justin helped me at check in and gave me a great 'Park and Play' rate, so there was a discount on the valet parking, which we could use at anytime during our stay with no extra charge.
