7. I have stayed at this property at least twice a year for the last 4 years and finally wanted to take a moment to offer high praise and compliments to Monica Pitt and her staff for the outstanding service and quality stays my company and I have had over the years.

The bar service during the Manager's Reception is always outstanding, and of note--in over 11 years of being a Hilton Honors member, Monica Pitt is the only General Manager I've ever seen come to say hello at ANY Embassy Suites property, ever during a Manager's Reception--that's leadership and personal involvement by example.
