1. Not only did they tell us our car could stay at the hotel for 1 week free of charge, but that there is a 24/7 shuttle to and from the airport that is also complimentary.

2. All hotels should have Free wi-fi and the higher end ones seem to think it is still okay to charge for this - yet the cheaper end hotels give it to you free.
