1. All of the rooms` doors are on the outside, so you go from hot and muggy, into a nice air conditioned room.

2. The air conditioning in the halls and elevators was out and it was about 103 degrees, so that could use some work.

3. Rooms don't vary drastically but it makes such a difference when your room has fully working air conditioning and drapes not hanging half off the wall (which my rooms didn't have 2 of my stays) and to happen to be on a floor with a working ice machine.

4. Room condition: Ceiling plaster peeling off, bad paint job, old worn-out carpets.
