4. Ice machines on the first and third floor only and it`s kind of a journey to get to, but it`s ice, who cares.

5. You might think people who are being cared for and sheltered might appreciate things a little more, I am sure this hotel has never had this many type of guests and when things settle down they can get back to normal.

6. The hotel was taking wonderful care of these displaced people feeding them 3 times a day, offered some sort of service in their storage area behind the hotel behind truck parking, many computers set up in the lobby for their convenience and people to help with outside services such as food stamps, doctors, housing, clothing, etc and a huge pool to keep the children busy.
