1. My only concern with the hotel is that we had to ask 3 times for fresh towels over a 4 hour time period before we finally made the trip to the lobby to get them ourselves and we had to ask 2 times for our room to be cleaned but once we let Becki know that we had called she got right on it and it was cleaned within 15 minutes.
