My only concern with the hotel is that we had to ask 3 times for fresh towels over a 4 hour time period before we finally made the trip to the lobby to get them ourselves and we had to ask 2 times for our room to be cleaned but once we let Becki know that we had called she got right on it and it was cleaned within 15 minutes.

8. Unlike more contemporary hotels, it has a more traditional feeling (not as open a lobby/atrium/business center, etc.) I love the restaurant here; you must try the breakfast panini.

9. Room service closes at 11 PM and we got back at 11:05 and the kitchen was shut down so we ordered in pizza and ate in the lobby.
