Our room had mold growing on the bedroom ceiling and in the bathroom, the valances were torn apart and their was a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom in the shower that looked like it could fall in at any minute, the shower head wouldn't spray anything but a hard massage, not good for small kids when the jet hits them in the face.

I was on the Embassador Level (8th floor) but I found the rooms to be a bit 'worn' regarding carpets, furniture, etc. The ceiling in the bathroom had peeling paint above the shower, one of the sink drains was clogged and not very operational, and the room just did not seem to meet the general high standards of a Hilton property that I am used to.
