1. In my subsequent visits to Dallas, I have switched to staying at the Ritz-Carlton which is exponentially better, for a similar price.

7. Finally received a free coffee from room service to make up for it but seriously: If 'what ever when ever' can't do THAT, I wonder what they do if you ask for anything more than what would be expected anyway in a room of this price range.

8. However, (and this is a small complaint) I think that for the price of a suite the flat screen TV should be at least a 46 inch.

9. finally when i got her attention she told me that it didnt matter if i was a hotel guest or NOT and that the price was $40 per person.
