5. There are check-in/check-out kiosks in the lobby for self-service, and most times of the day, the 'gallery host' is an all-in-one staff responsible for food, drinks, front desk etc. Surprisingly, service was NOT compromised because of that.

7. The guy at the front desk came up and brought us keys to another room and said in his years working here he has only ran into bed bugs once.
