One definite positive is the daily free breakfast, basic continental style but more than enough to start the day, good coffee, etc. There is not too much to do in the immediate area in terms of restaurants, bars, shopping though there is a mall less than a mile away and a free shuttle which will take you within a limited area (I think 5 miles) but stops running at 10PM.

9. The hand towel bar in my bathroom fell off the wall and my mother's room was not cleaned until 4 p.m. in the afternoon.

10. There's free wifi in the rooms, the towels are actually soft, and did I mention the 24 hour bar offering wine, beer, and Starbucks coffees, lattes, and cappuchinos.
