1. Valet, bellman, awesome check in staff, even friendlier bellman Juan brought our luggage to our room and encouraged us to call him with any questions or request.

2. We first encountered the friendly staff on check-in who greeted us with milk and delicious home-made cookies.

3. The front desk staff at check-in was pretty much clueless(albiet very nice), but we were told the person who did the bookings for our wedding party would contact us monday to take care of the details, though she did say she needed a credit card to put a hold on the rooms.

4. The service at the hotel was wonderful - fast check-in, shuttle service (and driver) great, and the room although quite small, was very clean and the space well utilized.

8. There is a deposit of $75.00 for any repairs that they don't tell you about when you book the room, just when you get there to check in.
