1. Upon arrival at Fort Worth airport, I called the hotel to arrange for the free shuttle bus (which is advertised on their web-site) to come pick me up at the airport, but unfortuantely for me, the shuttle bus does not service Fort Worth airport .

Myself and my husband stayed here and they could'nt have been more helpful, they rebooked us straight back in when we found out we could'nt get home because of volcanic ash, and to have a shuttle bus in a 5 mile radius is brilliant,all the staff were very pleasant our thanks to them all, not forgetting Cleveland and Joe the shuttle drivers, (good guides), beds very comfy and I loved that train.

8. We were all asked to find somewhere else to stay- the manager and all employees were able to stay calm and levelheded and nice, assisting in finding new places to stay and shuttling us there.
