2. The room was worn, but very clean, Carpets in hallway were a tad yucky and ice machines on several floors did not work, but like I said - great rates in a great location (15 minutes from museums by hwy, 10 minutes to the Whole Foods by road).

3. Staff friendliness and competence rates very high with me - I'll take a couple of cracked tiles in the bathroom if the front desk staff don't act like they don't know why I am bothering them.
