1. The Magnolia isn't close to many shops so we did a little walking, and the area is very safe to walk around and easy to negotiate the streets - no mad running across the street like in Asia.

3. The decor and the elevators are all very old that provides a lovely charm to the property and you can put yourself make in the day when it would have been a different hustle and bustle with elevator operators etc. There are limited restaurants in this area, however there is a nice Texmex sports bar 1 street away that you can access through the valet parking area.

5. We stayed from Thur to Sun nights and did not enounter any street noise however in the room there was the constant hum of the a/c which we were unable to adjust.

6. My room on the 7th floor faced Commerce Street and since the bus stop is right across the street there was a lot of street noise.

7. Only thing to mention is the hotel is on an extremely busy street, however there were alot of places for our attendees to eat close to the hotel as well.
