1. The bed was so comfy and the room so quiet, I really had to drag myself out of bed in order to make it to breakfast (complimentary) before it was over.

The location was great, the complimentary breakfast, late afternoon wine/beer bar, evening milk and cookie were thoroughly enjoyed along with time to releax in their fantastic steamroom; and the staff were so accomodating begining with the valet to the front desk and many other amazing personnel on staff.
