1. There is plentiful free street parking, so the fee does not make sense.

5. The only really negative downsides to the hotel are the lack of a swimming pool and that one must pay to have access to the gym which is not actually on the premises but across the street.

10. Otherwise, the hotel is quite stylish, rooms (I had a King Supreme) spacious and well appointed - the fitness room leaves a lot to be desired - however, the hotel contracts with a huge gym across the street for which they offer $10 day passes.
