There is plentiful free
street
parking, so the fee does not make sense.

The only really negative downsides to the hotel are the lack of a swimming pool and that one must pay to have access to the gym which is not actually on the premises but across the
street
.

Even though the neighborhood is probably not one in which you would want to park on the
street
, this exclusive/expensive parking policy always takes me back a bit.

Otherwise, the hotel is quite stylish, rooms (I had a King Supreme) spacious and well appointed - the fitness room leaves a lot to be desired - however, the hotel contracts with a huge gym across the
street
for which they offer $10 day passes.
