1. The pool was heated to 82 degrees (we asked) and was gorgeous with many loungers with towels available.

7. In other 4 star hotels, we have found stray hairs, soiled toilet seat, and stains (even if it's light) on towels, but not here.

8. My room (2 doubles) was so small- I normally spread out a towel on the floor to do some stretching in the morning, but there wasn't even enough floor space to do that.
