1. Wonderfull service very helpfull with everything the meals that I had there were wonderfull!(can't say enough about that) The people in both bars were very nice the little mini bar in the hotel was great as well.

However, this time, they didn't send me with a mini bar key upon check in, which was no big deal, until I requested one and was told by the girl who answered the phone that sometimes they send them with us upon check in and sometimes they don't and if I wanted one, I should just bring myself back down to get one.
