3. There was a $15 per device/per day access fee for computers, i-pads, etc. This is not the place to stay if you are in the DFW area as a tourist, but would highly recommend if you have an overnight layover, an early morning flight, or circumstances that require you to be at the airport.

4. There is a shuttle to Grapevine for a fee but we did not use it.

9. Complaints: Only one - it is cost prohibitive to go anywhere outside of the DFW complex, without renting a car, while staying at this hotel due to the arcane rate structure used by taxis in Dallas (specifically, the minimum charges and fees for taxis leaving/going to the DFW complex).
