2. A nick on the tub, a little crack in a marble countertop, etc. but nothing that is that big a deal unless you are looking carefully for it.

3. Fair points-- the hot tub was clean, but-pour jets spraying out above the tub, ok breakfast, no coffee caraf under the coffee pot in our one room to make coffee, never to be seen hotel manager-you always have to leave a message.
