My husband went back to the front desk to inform them that the main reason for our stay was for the swimming pool and asked if we could get a
refund
and switch hotels.

We were only there an hour and asked for a
refund
and was denied-we showed them their '100%' satisfaciton guarentee but they would not honor it-the owner was foreign and couldnt understand anything-the whole hotel was so dirty and when we called another hotel for room rates we didnt even tell them where we were staying currently but they knew.
