1. The hotel has a shuttle available all day until 10pm to take you to the mall, the drivers are very friendly, funny and knowledgeable about the area.

The staff, including the lovely front desk clerk who gave me her St Pat's Day green beads, because I had no green on (I didnt get her name, but she is so sweet and helpful!), to John, the gentleman who drives you to the Easton Mall in the shuttle, and actually everyone we encountered here, are wonderful.
