3. To add insult to injury we were treated very rudely by the front desk staff who even hesitated to let us into the hotel lobby.

4. The basic HI&S layout includes a bigger nicer dining room/lobby area, and then a really nice fitness center (4 treadmills, a couple of other machines, and a weight machine) next to the pool and hot tub.
