5. Clean, fancy, good service and the rooftop pool area is very pretty, but the rooms were really somewhat small and the bathroom was kind of ridiculously small with a very odd bi-fold door that opened weirdly.

9. The reason why I rated them low in service is because they didn't even think twice about not giving me an upgrade even though the hotel was practically empty, and they overcharged me for breakfast -- which took them two weeks to correct after I brought it to their attention.
