3. The people at the check-in desk were polite and helpful, the maintenance people for the rooftop pool and hot tub made sure the hot tub was pleasantly hot, and even the security staff were kind.

5. My only complaints are that we were really looking forward to hitting the pool and hot tub after a long, cold drive from Chicago and their pool and hot tub are OUTSIDE on the roof and only available in summer.
