3. I asked for a managers card (I've never stayed anywhere where they were not openly displayed), instead of a manager he gave me the card for the marketing specialist, it had her cell phone # on it, I left her a message to call me- she did not- she called the front desk.

4. I will say that the Nyema (forgive spelling, if you see this) the hotel manager was very understanding and gracious the next day when I called to give my report.
