Because of our 'warning' I had to wait til shift change to request a blanket (in person, no phone) from the front desk at which point I was told by the replacement that he'd already 'heard about you (me)', and he proceeded to tell me what a great guy the previous clerk was - insinuating that this was all our fault.

9. I asked for a managers card (I've never stayed anywhere where they were not openly displayed), instead of a manager he gave me the card for the marketing specialist, it had her cell phone # on it, I left her a message to call me- she did not- she called the front desk.

10. Later that evening my husband had a problem with the phone in our room and called the front desk to ask to have it switched out, the clerk told him someone would be there later, my husband tried to narrow down 'later' as he had to go out to pick up my RX and was told that if we wanted to continue our stay, we should not call and 'harrass' the front desk or we would be evicted.
