6. The Valet guys were available to help us during all hours (we arrived during the middle of the night and left then) and they were very accomodating to help us with getting out of the parking garage, etc. Very good location.

9. Parking is horrible downtown with all the construction, but we were able to get around pretty well with the shuttle service.
