3. The staff was amazingly friendly, the room service was prompt, the food delicious, and they brought me a fridge to keep the extra food in at no additional charge when there was a mix up in my order.

4. Also there is a bus sponsored by the Cleveland Clinic which runs about every 10 minutes or so in the daytime that will take you right to Cleveland Clinic for a nominal charge.
