1. We even made a point to have the room cleaned, which after we had been traveling all day, to come back and find that it was left in the same shape as when we left, hence some clean towels and a new ironing board cover.

2. non smoking rooms still smell smoky, very very loud in the hallways, no closet so no place to put your suitcase, floors are dirty, carpets worn, towels threadbare.
