4. Very friendly staff, nice rooms, good breakfast, good position in Cleveland where you can walk (hotel very near to Public Square) or take the free Trolley service.

5. It obviously depends on the day of the week but the people I saw using the valet service had no problems whatsover and their wait times were quit short.
