This kind of situation is absolutely uncalled for and I should have been contacted Sunday morning by the

in order to take care of the issue.

I got a very generic email later that night from the
manager
saying that the hotel had got some new staff, was going through some changes, and that he hoped this wouldnt keep me from staying there again.

My companion called the hotel

, Mike Reedy, on 1/3/12 to follow up on the situation;And to this day has not even received the decency of a call back.

It was my husband`s 50th birthday, so I called and Jeff the
manager
arranged for a gift basket at the last minute to be placed in his room.
