5. We got here at 4:30 (check in time is 3:00) and the room wasn't clean yet.

6. we get there @ 11:30am and go to check in when the front desk clerk says we cannot check you in until 3 pm.

7. One major problem is that we have a dog so we needed a hotel that was dog friendly and could take us for an EARLY check in.
