2. Upon leaving the hotel we were given no discount for our inconvience and the desk clerk just ignored our complaint, with a smile and a 'thank you, please come again'.

3. They have just updated the hotel, so we found it to be very nice, with subway tile and marble in the bathrooms and large comfortable beds.

9. we thought about changing hotels but since our rooms were free at this hotel due to reward points, we decided to tough it out and use precautions just in case there were Bedbugs.

10. Room was small but the layout was good, the hotel provided the nexessary information regardings breakfast times, etc. There was even a coffee maker with a coffee pot which you do not see in a lot of hotels.
