2. I'm used to urban areas so it didn't bother me to see a man and woman fist fighting across the street from the nearby tennis courts.

3. There were some streets in the area with buildings in disrepair, but during our stay we saw no signs of crime around the hotel and the other buildings surrounding it all seemed very clean and well maintained.

4. To clarify the building across the street mentioned by another rater, it is an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting facility, so at least you won`t see alcoholics hanging around there.
