1. Once we learned of your concerns, we immediately removed the suite from service and contacted a nationally recognized pest control expert to conduct a thorough examination of your guest suite.

3. In regard to the report on 2/25/2011, as part of our normal preventative maintenance program we do take a number of suites out of inventory on rotation and have them inspected by a professional exterminating service on a regular basis, to insure they are pest free.
