2. For 125 USD a night plus tax, I'd go for the Westin downtown, which is really nice, although you'll have to buy breakfast and pay for parking.

3. The staircase nearest our room was also useless-when you got to the first floor the door to the interior of the hotel was locked (staff only) and if you wanted to exit to the parking lot, an alarm would sound.
