5. While the front desk and concierge staff were quite helpful, the guys manning the front doors need a quick lesson in customer relations (simple comments like 'welcome back,' or 'how is your day going' will give the impression that they actually see the guests entering the front door).

9. It is not often I am impressed by all staff members at a hotel, ( perhaps I am jaded ), but at The Cincinnatian all staff encounters were excellent : front desk, curbside bellman, room service, housekeeping staff, and general lobby staff.
