6. This was not to be as when we presented ourself at the desk the wonderful staffers there said, 'Well, we have a room ready, would you like to just check in now?' That was SO totally nice and helpful.

8. As I arrived in the front entrance, the doorman took care of my bag (which does not happen very often in Cincinnati) and the check-in process was seamless.
