1. First, upon arrival, I was greeted by a very friendly desk clerk that informed me that I had received a free upgrade to a two bedroom suite.

2. They have no problem telling me that they have to charge $100 pet fee ( regardless of the duration of stay ), but cannot seem to have a plumber take care of the basic necessities of the suites.

3. The location was fine, but if you`re looking to be closer to stores and restaurants, I recommend Staybridge Suites Charlotte-Ballantyne.

4. The Ballantyne area is still rather close to the Arrowood Suites (about a 15 minute drive), but the Ballantyne area looked really great.
