3. The location was fine, but if you`re looking to be closer to stores and restaurants, I recommend Staybridge Suites Charlotte-Ballantyne.

4. One other thing that was nice: one of the staff working around the lobby heard me asking queestions at the front desk about local restaurants, and he brought me a copy of the local dining guide, without me asking.
